My eyes sparkle with curiosity when I discover connections and similarities everywhere, inside and outside of work. The constant search of potential and levers for movement towards desired change excite me.
I am an entrepreneur, economist, consultant, coach , and trainer in Systemic Intelligence and Leadership. I am dedicated to create change in organisations. With my systemic and innovative approach, I seek to balance organisational results with an understanding of the network of relationships and underlying dynamics in people, teams and organisations. I offer a new perspective on how systems are organized: the relationships between leaders, teams and organisational stakeholders. I help to generate answers and solutions, as well as new questions: those that need to be expressed to facilitate change.
I combine consulting for companies with coaching for people and teams. I enjoy giving trainings and workshops. Applying systemic principles to empower conscious and purposeful organisations and professionals.

I live near the beach in Barcelona. I have 15 years of experience in senior business management and institutional relations, both in local and global environments. I use tools from various disciplines: systemic approach, organisational and family constellations, ontological coaching, NLP, creative thinking, and positive psychology.
